In this article, we describe the following functions:

Loads at disposal and in the warehouse

In order to check which load has not yet been assigned, you need to go to Loads >> All loads. From the selected load, you can create a forwarding order, inter-branch or internal. There is also an option to upload the goods to the Trans.eu platform.

To check information on the loads you have in your warehouses, go to Loads >> Loads in a warehouse. If you have several warehouses, in the Status line, you will see information on the warehouse where the load is located. It can be edited, issued on the Trans.eu platform or a new forwarding or transport order can be created.

Allocation of loads on the route

If a load needs to be split on the route after it has been collected, enter the load as a whole in the first step and save it without creating an order. In the new window that appears, select the option on the right-hand side Planning >> Tranship load on route (this will allow subsequent transhipment to be performed). In the next step, you select the freight to be reloaded together with the date and place of reloading. Finally, you confirm your selection via the Change button and the system will automatically generate 2 subloads.

All separated subloads will be available under the Loads >> Available loads tab, where it will be possible to create a new forwarding or transport order out of them.

Creation of a new order with several loading locations

To create a new order with several loading locations, go to Order >> New internal order. First complete the Basic data, i.e. select the contractor and complete the other required sections, i.e. currency, total amount, date and other fields. To add a new contractor, simply click on the plus sign displayed on the right and enter the necessary information.

To add an extra loading spot, select the Add loading button and then complete the mandatory fields.

For example: if you need to carry out loading at pt. A (1 item) and at point B (1 item) and unload (2 items), then select Unload goods. You then separate the part of the goods to be unloaded at the first point and confirm with Unload. The remaining goods will automatically be sent to the second unloading point. Finally, after completing all the data, select Confirm order and specify whether the goods are to be dispatched as an internal order ( private vehicle) or an external order.
