AI import of orders
In the new version of the system, we have introduced the AI Import function, which automatically reads data from orders received and creates new loads, eliminating the need to manually enter information. To use this function, go to Loads >> Enter load and add the selected file, based on which the system will import the data. A key benefit of this solution involves significant time savings and a reduction in errors, resulting in higher work efficiency and faster order processing.
Mass downloading of attachments
Another new feature of fireTMS is the ability to bulk download attachments from a list. The new function enables fast and convenient downloading of multiple documents at the same time, which significantly improves workflow and saves time. To use this functionality, go to Files >> Documents. It is then a good idea to filter the list using your preferred criteria and on the right hand side, select the option Bulk download.
Activity stream
The history of document downloads will be available in the Activity stream. This allows all retrieval operations to be monitored so that the tasks performed can be controlled and analysed.
Authorisations management
The system also allows for management of authorisations – the Administrator can grant access to the activity log and mass download function to selected employees, allowing the new option to be used safely and efficiently.
Possibility of transferring a document to another object
In addition, fireTMS allows an assigned document to be transferred to another object. To use this function, select the desired document and then, on the right-hand side, click on Move document. In the next step, you can select a new object to which the document will be moved. This function streamlines document management and makes it easier to organise work in the system.
With the latest update, we have enriched selected lists in the system with additional columns to facilitate data analysis and verification.
A column showing the accounting documents related to the selected order has been added to the list of all orders and orders in progress. Users are able to navigate directly to a document from the list.
Recipient’s Tax Identification Number
A column with the recipient’s VAT number has been added to the list of all payments and overdue payments. This information makes it easier to identify and verify recipients’ details, improving billing accuracy and streamlining accounting processes.
Loading and unloading times
Information on the times of individual order points has been added to the Loads/Unloading columns in the Loads >> All Loads and Loads >> Available loads lists. The information enables precise planning and optimisation of logistics processes, which contributes to better operational coordination and timely execution of orders.
Notes added to orders
We have made improvements to the display of notes next to orders. From now on, the information icon in the order list will only appear if the order in question actually contains a note. This makes the interface clearer, allowing orders with additional information to be identified more quickly.
Croatian language version of fireTMS
When logging into the system, users have the option to select their preferred language of the application. From now on, it is also possible to log in to the Croatian version of fireTMS. A key benefit of this solution is improved user experience – users can use the system in the language with which they are most familiar, making it easier to understand the application’s functions and speeding up the induction process for new employees.
