You can now attach a document to specific objects in fireTMS. For example, you can attach the CMR document or a scan of a client’s order to the chosen load. In the updated version of the system, all documents will be displayed in a shared list in Files >> Documents. You will be able to sort the list by selected columns or filter it by: Type, File extension, type of linked object. Moreover, the display of different documents will correspond to the user’s settings of data display.
Email template for order acceptance confirmation for a client
Another update is the option to customize the email template for order acceptance confirmation for a client. In order to add or change the current email template choose Configuration >> System configuration >> on the right side, Printouts configuration section >> Templates tab >> Cargo subtab. With future versions of the system, we will be working on a feature to create a custom template for an email with an invoice or order, making the text of a correspondence even more tailored to the individual needs of a fireTMS user.
New language versions of the system
Lastly, the system is now available in more language options. It will enable more users of fireTMS to use the system in their native language.
