In this article, you will learn about the following new features in the fireTMS system
Displaying archived events in the Calendar and extended range of reminder dates
In the new version of fireTMS, we have introduced the ability to view historical events and entries related to a selected object. To enable the archive view, in the Calendar section, select the Show archived events checkbox. Broader access to the full history facilitates analysis and audits, speeds up the preparation of reports, and allows you to plan future activities (e.g., inspections or servicing) based on past data, which increases the consistency and predictability of your work.
In addition, we have extended the range of days for creating reminders: the maximum advance period is now 365 days, which increases predictability and order in work.
Ability to sort selected columns in the payment list
Another new feature is the ability to sort (ascending and descending) selected columns in the payment list: Recipient , Recipient’s Tax Identification Number, Payer, Payer’s tax ID. In addition to the list of all and overdue payments, sorting these columns is also available in the lists after selecting the Merge payments and Transfers. This allows users to quickly organise data by contractor, which streamlines the verification of settlements and reduces the risk of errors in statements.
New document types – Customs document and Transport licence
To improve the recording and differentiation of attachments in the system, we have added two new document types available when adding files: Customs document and Transport licence . The new types can be selected in the Type field when adding a document to an object or when editing an existing one. This provides users with a clearer classification of materials related to customs clearance and transport licences, which facilitates quick verification of attachment sets and ensures more consistent metadata throughout the system.
