Do you have multiple loads to enter into your TMS? Do you receive transport orders on paper, as scanned documents or by email? Manually entering data into the system is time-consuming and risks making mistakes. That’s why in fireTMS we have created an AI assistant that will do it for you – automatically and quickly. See how the AI assistant in TMS fireTMS works.
AI Assistant is a new tool based on artificial intelligence technology, available in fireTMS in the Enterprise package. It allows loads to be automatically entered into the system – regardless of whether the data is a PDF file, scan, photo or e-mail. All you have to do is import such a file, and the AI assistant in fireTMS reads the data and converts it into a load item in the system, on the basis of which you draw up a transport order.
How does the AI assistant work?
Using the AI assistant in fireTMS is extremely intuitive. In the view where you enter a new load, you will find the file import function – drag the document with the order details into it. The system will automatically process the data and complete the relevant fields. In addition, you have the option of comparing the original document that was imported, with the information generated by the AI assistant, which increases confidence in the accuracy of the data.
What data will you enter with the AI assistant?
Load name
Dates of loading and unloading
Loading and unloading addresses with company names
Dimensions and weight of the load
Customer load number
The solution will work well for importing the following files: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, DOCX, TXT, ODT.
Benefits of using the AI assistant in the TMS
The AI Assistant in fireTMS is a tool that greatly enhances and automates daily work. You will particularly appreciate it if you often work with photos, scans or paper documents. You can forget about the tedious rewriting of numbers and address data.
What will you achieve with the AI assistant in fireTMS?
You save time – it takes seconds to enter a load.
You avoid errors – data is processed automatically, without manual transcription.
You increase efficiency – you can enter more orders during the day.
You speed up the transport planning stage – choose your route, vehicle and driver more quickly
The AI assistant in fireTMS also reads documents in foreign languages, so it will work well for companies that also handle international orders.
